How Do I Return?

All merchandise can be returned for a store credit(E-Gift Card) or an exchange.

We do not offer monetary returns.

To proceed with a return, please follow the steps below:

  • Contact us via e-mail info@tefery.ca and let us know the reason for your return with your full name and order number.
  • From there we will provide you with the necessary shipping information and instructions.

Important to take into account we do not cover the return shipping fee's.

What Are The Return Conditions?

In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:

  • must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
  • must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.

Please ensure your return is packaged adequately to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility.

  • Items must be sent in it's original box with hang tag.
  • If the item does not meet our Return Conditions it will not be accepted upon return.
  • Please note; we do not offer monetary refunds for change of mind.
  • You have within 30 days of receiving your order to place a return.
  • You will be provided with the option to exchange the product, or receive a Gift Card as Store Credit.
  • Any returned item(s) are your property and remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.

How Do Exchanges Work?

Wrong size or doesn’t suit you? Opt to exchange for another size or item. Your exchange items will be sent as soon as your return is processed.

Please note; we cannot hold products for exchange. Please send your return off as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your exchange items before they are sold out!

Exchange items that are out of stock will be issued as a store credit.

Discount codes cannot be applied to product exchanges.

What Are The Conditions Required For An Exchange?

In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon exchange it must meet the following criteria:

  • must be sent in it's original package with hang tags.
  • must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with tags attached.
  • must be free of perfume, body odour, deodorant or washing powder.
  • must be free of make-up, tan marks, glitter and pet hair.

Please ensure your item is packaged adequately to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility. You are fully responsible for your package until it arrives to our warehouse.

Return For Store Credit

Can’t decide now? Opt to return for Store Credit and decide later.

Your Store Credit will become active once we have received your product back at our facility. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and Store Credit issued.

Store Credit is issued to you in the form of Gift Card and is emailed electronically to the original email address from the order. Please check your spam/junk mail if you haven’t received this yet. Gift Cards are non-refundable.

Discount Codes previously applied are excluded from the Return Store Credit value.

Faulty / Wrong Item?

If you have received a faulty or wrong item and we are unable to exchange that item for you, we will provide you with a refund. In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, you are required to send photo evidence to our team e-mail

If your claim is justified, you will be offered a refund upon the item being received back into our facility.

Please take note that Tefery has the right to assess the age and condition of the faulty item. Unless the item is deemed a genuine manufacturing fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided.

Returns for faulty or wrong items will be eligible for exchange when they are returned to our facility within 30 days of the purchase date. Items returned beyond this period will not be accepted by Tefery The Brand, and will remain your responsibility. If you select to complete a direct product-for-product exchange, the exchange product cannot be returned again.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES:

Please note Tefery will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Tefery accept any orders back due to rejection of customs charges.
