1. When will my order be shipped? When will I receive it?

It is our top priority that you receive your package as soon as possible. Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. Once your order has been shipped you will also receive an e-mail. Please expect 3-7 open business days to receive your order.

2. How can I track my order?

Once you receive the shipping confirmation e-mail you should find your tracking number.

3. I did not receive my tracking info?

Please communicate with us through e-mail at info@tefery.ca with your full name, address and order number so we can find your tracking number and have it sent to you.

4. Can I make a return?

We do not offer monetary returns. Only e-gift cards and exchanges. Please view our Return Policy for more information.

5. Can I return for a refund?

We do not provide monetary refunds. Unless a product is deemed faulty and a genuine manufacturer fault as approved by our Team. Returns are possible in exchange for size or store credit.

6. How long does a return/exchange take?

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed. Once your package has been received and passed inspection you will be contacted through e-mail. Please take into account that we do not cover return fees.

7. What size am I?

8. How to care for my clothing?

We greatly recommend washing your clothes inside out, delicate wash, cold water and hung up to dry. DO NOT place in dryer.

9. I received a faulty/wrong item, what should I do?

Please email into our Team atinfo@tefery.ca, with photos of the faulty item, full name, address and order number. From there we will be able to provide you with some options.
